Sofia joined Sigrun Partners in 2023 as a member of the M&A team within the Energy & Infrastructure department. Her role at Sigrun involves identifying and analysing investment opportunities, developing financial models, and creating materials for transactions.

Prior to joining Sigrun, she held the position of Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she was involved in the financing and refinancing of several projects across the energy and infrastructure sectors. Sofia began her professional career as a consultant in the energy team (EITG) at Deloitte.

Sofia holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE, E-3).
